Build recruitment experience as a full time Human Resources Intern supporting Eataly Canada stores throughout Toronto’s Yorkville, Sherway Gardens, Don Mills, and Eaton Centre.

This fixed-term internship reports to the Human Resources Generalist and supports the Area Human Resources Business Partner. You will contribute to candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, candidate follow-up, onboarding, and employee engagement. The position also includes HR inbox management, employee records, training tracking, benefits awareness, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen candidates for advancement through the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates
- Organize in-store hiring events and attend external job fairs




- Develop employee engagement activities as an employee liaison
- Support HR metrics and data analysis for the HRBP

Requirements:

- Understanding of HR components, systems, databases, and metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort traveling between all Eataly GTA locations
- Full-time availability through the fixed-term contract
