As a Cleaning Associate, you are central to Impact Cleaning Services’ Cleaning Team and help maintain commercial properties to contract and procedure standards. You will keep tools, carts, and uniforms orderly while supporting supervisors and cleaning leads. The work includes repetitive cleaning tasks and requires pride in quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver services according to contracts, scopes, and operating procedures
- Keep carts and tools clean, orderly, and safe
- Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance




- Identify improvement areas with the Cleaning Team
- Support supervisors and leads with supplies and feedback

Requirements:

- One or more years of cleaning experience preferred
- Proficiency using smartphones and mobile applications
- Ability to complete a security background check
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
