The Customer Service Representative (Motivator) supports a positive, welcoming, clean, and secure Club environment. You will greet Members and Potential Members, manage calls, answer questions, resolve concerns, and support memberships, services, products, and amenities. The position also includes Fit-Fix Starter sessions and required learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Members and check them into the Club
- Welcome Potential Members and direct them appropriately
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Assist with FitFix and Cardio machine questions
- Complete cleaning tasks and Club runs as required
Requirements:
- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months
- Knowledge of the fitness industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and superior customer service skills
