Build liquor retail experience through cashiering and customer service at Otter Co-op’s Angry Otter Liquor @ City Gate in Chilliwack, BC. This is a part time position.

The associate processes purchases, refunds, returns, and gift cards while helping guests efficiently. Daily work also includes shelf replenishment, delivery handling, register balancing, and maintaining clean storage areas. Candidates need a Serving It Right license, strong communication skills, and WSET 1 accreditation within the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process register transactions, refunds, and returns
- Activate gift cards and balance the register drawer
- Use product knowledge to promote sales
- Check and put away incoming deliveries
- Keep the store clean and organized

Requirements:

- Serving It Right license required
- Minimum WSET 1 accreditation within the first year
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Quick learner comfortable with liquor retail operations
- Must be over 19 and work varied shifts

Support guests and daily retail operations with cashiering, product knowledge, and register accuracy at City Gate.
