As a Part time Mall Guest Services Representative, you will maintain ongoing interaction with shopping centre customers and property-level retailers. Your work includes answering inquiries, directing communications, dispatching personnel, administering gift card transactions, and keeping customer information current. You will also maintain event logs and support marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer interaction and departmental liaison activities
- Administer gift card sales, reconciliations, files, and inventory
- Maintain guest services databases and special-event information logs
- Communicate pertinent information to customers proactively and regularly
- Develop retailer and community relationships around centre activities
