Key Responsibilities:
Provide telephone, reception, administrative, and clerical support
Proofread dictation and clinical histories for pathology reports




Enter physician and clinical history information where required
Monitor LIS fax logs and distribute patient reports
Maintain accurate confidential records for reports and images

Requirements:
Secretarial or office administration certificate, or equivalent
Minimum one year in an acute healthcare facility
Medical terminology certificate or completion within three months
Knowledge of HIS/RIS and LIS systems
Windows computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
