As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you supervise operational excellence across merchandising, freight flow, promotions, and front office tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Model and coach selling model behaviors
Oversee inventory and merchandising standards across the store
Supervise backroom organization and freight flow
Complete weekly cash office administration and reporting
Conduct health and safety inspections
Requirements:
Three or more years of retail customer service experience
One to two years of supervisory experience
Direct accountability for sales and service targets
Solid prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills
Strength and a keen eye for visual merchandising
