Drive Atria residents safely to community destinations while coordinating wheelchair security, scheduled trips, and vehicle upkeep responsibilities.
As an Atria Senior Living Driver, you provide courteous transportation and support community operations. Responsibilities include driving residents, delivering groceries, assisting activities, submitting travel charges, and reporting unsafe conditions. You also maintain vehicle records and coordinate repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow assigned schedules for resident transportation
Deliver groceries and belongings to resident apartments
Assist Engage Life activities and programs as needed
Submit community travel expenses to the business office daily
Report unsafe conditions to the Executive Director
Requirements:
Five or more years of driving experience
Knowledge of vehicle preventative maintenance programs
Commercial driver's license when operating commercial vehicles
Ability to operate cars, limousines, buses, and wheelchair lifts
Knowledge of streets within eight miles of community
Bring protected driving, resident assistance, and transportation coordination skills to Atria's senior living community services.
