As Inclusive Education Coordinator, you will provide educational services to students with exceptionalities in a home-learning setting. You will work under the Director of Inclusive Education alongside parents and education teams. The work includes curriculum adaptation, SMART IEP development, student learning plans, and special-needs funding documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality educational services to students with exceptionalities
- Work alongside parents and education teams
- Modify and adapt general education curriculum
- Create SMART IEPs and student learning plans




- Compile special-needs funding justification documents

Requirements:

- Inclusive education teaching experience or related experience
- Certification through B.C. Teacher Regulation Branch or Inspector of Independent Schools
- Experience supporting physical and learning disabilities
- Ability to recognize challenges and evaluate student progress
- Solid behaviour management and positive discipline skills
