As a 3rd Key, you will help deliver exceptional Lids experiences for customers selecting licensed headwear and apparel. The position combines revenue generation, store maintenance, inventory participation, and professional customer communication. You will report to the Store Manager while supporting Lids Retail policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue growth through customer service
- Meet or exceed individual company statistics goals
- Maintain visual standards, signage, and store cleanliness
- Process shipments and reset merchandise
- Protect company assets within retail policies
Requirements:
- Clear, qualified verbal communication skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders and work overhead
- Ability to constantly stand during shifts
- Ability to operate computers and mobile point-of-sale systems
