Pineapple Hall seeks a Guest Services Attendant/Barista for its Front of House team. You will take orders, process payments through POS, guide guests through the menu, and recommend beverages. This dual role includes training at Pineapple Hall and Needs Must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and process payments through the POS system
- Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages
- Guide guests through menus and recommend suitable choices
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and product freshness
- Respond positively and promptly to guest requests and complaints
Requirements:
- One to two years of previous barista experience required
- Previous hospitality work experience
- Experience using a POS system
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Weekday morning and afternoon availability
