The work includes snow and ice control, garbage removal, suite clearing, storage-room clean-up, and maintaining machines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Water, fertilize, weed, mow, and trim lawns
Complete snow removal around buildings and parking areas
Explicit gravel from parking lots
Remove garbage from sites and vacant suites
Clean storage rooms and remove furniture when required
Requirements:
Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
Valid AB Class 5 driver license
Comfort working outdoors in all weather
Ability to use snow blowers and landscaping equipment
Effective communication and ability to follow directions
