Support process improvement and governance as Moderna’s Operational Excellence Intern in Toronto, working at least 70% in-office from May to August 2027.

This full time internship supports continuous improvement across Moderna’s Canadian operations. You will work with Strategy & Operational Excellence, Federal Affairs & Policy, and Legal & Compliance. The experience includes workflow documentation, policy development, business continuity, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Review workflows and document current-state operational processes
Map processes and develop procedures, templates, and trackers
Support corporate policy updates, implementation, and communication
Organize governance documentation and track compliance actions




Coordinate improvement projects, milestones, and meeting materials

Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree
Interest in operational excellence, governance, or compliance
Solid communication, organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
Proactive, independent, detail-oriented approach to assignments
Microsoft 365 and Teams proficiency
