This full time, paid internship runs for a 12-month work term beginning May 2027. You will support campus recruitment across sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate communication. The role suits someone studying Business, Human Resources, or a related field who enjoys technology and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for open roles
Prepare and post job descriptions for candidates
Screen resumes using Greenhouse ATS
Maintain candidate records and provide weekly updates
Support campus events and HR initiatives
Requirements:
Current enrollment in Business, Human Resources, or related studies
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
Interest in technology, AI, automation, and talent acquisition
Google Suite familiarity is an asset
