As a Seasonal Key Holder, you will help deliver memorable shopping experiences while assisting the Store Manager. The work combines register operations, visual merchandising, sales performance, and associate coaching. Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers discover merchandise through knowledgeable service
- Provide leadership coverage when the Manager is unavailable
- Assist with planogram, fixture, wall, and merchandising changes
- Communicate fashion and music trends to management and partners
- Train and coach current Sales Associates as needed

Requirements:

- Retail experience and enthusiasm for music and pop culture
- Customer service and selling ability
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Leadership ability and physical capacity for scheduled retail work
