This Cleaner role supports Northview’s Residential team and reports to the Property Manager. You will prepare vacant and renovated suites while maintaining orderly common areas and entrances. The position combines deep cleaning, equipment care, inspections, and responsive communication about property conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare vacant and renovated suites for residents and prospects
- Perform deep cleaning across carpets, walls, windows, and surfaces
- Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, and household fixtures
- Operate, store, and maintain cleaning tools and equipment




- Secure suites and communicate replenishment needs after assignments

Requirements:

- Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and safe practices
- Residential, commercial, hotel, or multi-unit experience is an asset
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and orderly work habits
- Explicit criminal record check free of relevant convictions
