As a Theatre Manager, you will maintain seamless operations while executing a transparent business vision. You will uphold policies, inspections, and regulatory requirements across the venue. The role also combines team development, financial management, and guest-focused decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain seamless amusement, food and beverage, guest service, and retail operations
Keep checklists, inspections, and facility standards current
Execute Groups & Events within the venue
Recruit, train, coach, and develop venue management
Manage budgets, grow revenue, and initiate business projects
Requirements:
Experience in a similar environment
Ability to lead multiple departments during high-volume periods
Solid conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Schedule flexibility for extended hours as required
