We are currently seeking a Payroll Clerk who is reliable, organized and works well both independently and as a team with minimal supervision.

Employment Details

This is a full time position with a start date as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
Processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner
Preparation of source deductions, Employer Health Tax remittances, WSIB premium calculations and union-related remittances
Preparation of Records of Employment, T4’s and other documents
Maintaining and updating confidential employee personnel files
Assisting supervisors and management with payroll related matters
Tracking of employee vacation requests and other absencesPeriodic
