As an advisory agent, you welcome members and clients, listen to their needs, and recommend suitable Desjardins products and services. You promote cooperative values while supporting transactions, identifying business prospects, and referring specialized needs to colleagues. The position also involves fraud assistance, technology guidance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome members and clients while addressing their banking needs
Provide advice about transactions, products, services, and distribution channels
Guide members through digital tools and technological applications
Assist with fraud or irregularities and refer appropriate partners
Contribute to business development through service and relationship activities
Requirements:
High school diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Solid French, English, and Spanish communication skills
Knowledge of Desjardins products, services, and distribution networks
Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks, and internal controls
Bring multilingual communication, banking knowledge, and digital guidance skills to member and client service at Desjardins.
