Position: AI Content Specialist

Compensation: $30–$35/hour

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities
Analyze images and write explicit, detailed descriptions to improve AI model understanding.
Identify key elements, context, and cultural references in visual content.
Evaluate content quality against established guidelines to enhance AI model outputs.
Apply consistent judgment across a variety of image types to elevate training data quality.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have
Proven writing experience.




Ability to write with clarity and voice.
Understanding of internet culture and visual storytelling.
Attention to detail and ability to notice subtle context.
Capability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.

Preferred
Experience in social media management or content creation.
Background in journalism, literature, communications, or media studies.
Experience with annotation, transcription, or QA work.
