Reporting to the Director of Planning, this permanent role supports buying and inventory management for Harry Rosen’s luxury menswear business. You will enter data, coordinate purchase orders, maintain product information, and help merchandise move from vendors to distribution. The work supports product availability and operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Create styles and purchase orders from Buyer worksheets
Verify data input and documentation accuracy
Communicate purchase orders and distribute vendor materials
Input cancellations, deferments,



style and price changes
Support special orders, presales, and direct-to-store purchases

Requirements:
Post-secondary business, supply chain, or merchandising education preferred
One to three years’ related merchandising or inventory experience
Solid attention to detail and accurate data entry
Microsoft Excel and merchandise system proficiency
Organizational and communication skills with deadline management
