Support residents at AgeCare through compassionate care, documentation, and bedside assistance. Help maintain a safe, secure setting while following IPAC procedures.

As a Personal Support Worker with AgeCare, you will assist residents according to their care plans and help identify changing needs. You will monitor care, document information, attend staff learning activities, and support directed onboarding of new staff. Knowledge of geriatric care is significant.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with care delivered under established resident plans
Identify needs by observing residents and reporting findings
Record information related to resident care
Assist with onboarding recent staff as directed
Maintain safe and secure resident settings

Requirements:
Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma graduate
Meet Ontario vocational standards for Personal Support Workers
Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
Understand basic sanitation and cleaning techniques
Know the needs of geriatric residents
