Altima Parkedale, part of the 123Dentist network, is seeking a Certified Dental Assistant for Thursdays and Fridays. This position requires Level II qualification, NDAEB certification, and one to two years of experience. Dentrix experience is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Equip the dentist during patient treatment
Prepare rooms, instruments, and equipment
Ready treatment areas for patient arrival
Support appointments staying on schedule
Communicate clearly with patients and families
Requirements:
Certified or Registered Dental Assisting Level II completion
Registered or registering with Ontario Dental Assistant Association
One to two years of Level II experience
NDAEB certification required
Familiarity with IPAC and treatment plans
