This Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager across sales and profit projections, customer satisfaction, training, evaluation, and recruitment. Assist the Store Manager with daily standards achievement
Support sales and profit projections through team focus
Contribute to total customer satisfaction
Train and evaluate team members’ product knowledge
Participate in recruiting and selecting team members
Requirements:
At least one year of retail experience
Jeweller or specialty retailer experience preferred
Knowledge of POS terminals and scanners
Basic computer software and hardware knowledge
Availability for days, nights, and weekends
