Projects cover Part 3 and Part 9 buildings under Division B of the Local Building Code. Key Responsibilities:

Provide building code, fire, and life safety consulting services Develop practical code strategies supporting compliant project goals Review designs and identify code-related risks and opportunities Prepare code analyses,



reports, and alternative solutions Manage projects, clients, deliverables, budgets, and schedules Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, fire protection engineering, or related discipline Five to eight years of relevant qualified experience Professional Engineer designation registered or eligible in Alberta Working knowledge of National Building Code Alberta Edition Experience preparing technical reports and compliance documentation Bring qualified judgment, code analysis, fire safety, and project management expertise to GHL Consultants and J.S.
