The Asset Protection Associate helps maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment for customers, associates, visitors, and vendors. This role supports loss prevention through store patrols, security checks, incident investigations, and clear communication. You will also support emergency procedures and store operations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily store patrols to support safety and security
- Verify doors, showcases, and security features function properly
- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
- Communicate findings to Store Leadership and relevant stakeholders
- Support evacuations, emergencies, and store task teams
Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Hold a Security Guard License
- Communicate issues and findings clearly
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
