The position emphasizes approved recipes, serving temperatures, standard portions, sanitation, and safe food handling. Previous food service experience is considered an asset, including healthcare, hotel, restaurant, or rapid-food settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and complete required sandwich recipes accurately
- Apply production standards for quality, temperatures, and portions
- Notify cooks when food temperatures exceed acceptable limits
- Carry food pans, kettles, and trays safely
- Remove garbage and complete general cleaning duties

Requirements:

- FoodSafe Level 1 Certification
