As a Junior Technical Writer on the Knowledge Management team, you will write and edit content for frontline and back-office employees. You will create accessible Knowledge Central material while applying grammar, metadata, and AI requirements. The work supports employees seeking, understanding, and acting on information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write and maintain procedures, processes, policies, and product information
- Support documentation work packages for CIBC projects
- Coordinate needs-assessment and documentation review sessions
- Apply plain-language, style-guide, accessibility, metadata, and AI standards




- Recommend intranet documentation solutions with Content Leads

Requirements:

- Current post-secondary enrollment through Winter 2027
- Working toward a Bachelor of Arts or Master’s in English or Arts
- Excellent English grammar, spelling, and plain-language skills
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; technical writing certification is an asset
