Maintain mechanical and electrical systems as a CBRE Building Operator supporting small to medium-sized buildings and industrial equipment. Work under close supervision.

This Building Operator supports CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services function. The work includes preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and equipment support. You will follow defined procedures, track work orders, and help maintain productive building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building systems
Conduct inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs
Assist with installing and modifying building equipment
Review work orders and track completion through available systems
