Lead complex internal audit strategy in Toronto with risk oversight, enterprise partnership, and people management responsibilities at TD.

As Senior Group Manager, you will oversee significant and diverse audit teams within TD’s Audit line of business. You will guide audit planning, review documentation, advise management, and identify emerging risks and operational opportunities. This leadership role requires strategic judgment across multiple audit areas and enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement holistic audit strategies
Oversee engagement planning, reviews, sign-offs, and reporting
Advise management on audit issues and emerging trends
Coordinate portfolio initiatives, demand, and prioritization
Lead policies, processes, changes, and remediation plans

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree required
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience managing audit specialists and specialists
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Fraud and Corporate function audit experience is an asset
