Hours of work are from 10pm to 6am with alternating weekends.
The hourly rate is $28.30 CAD.

Activities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care to meet the residents' care needs. Ensure resident care plan is initiated in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team
Assumes responsibility for medication management including administration, appropriate recording, and safekeeping of all drugs
To assist with scheduling of resident's care conferences and participate in conferences where applicable
In conjunction with the RHA Manager, participates in discharge planning, consultation, and/or
