As Partner Operations Program Manager, you will manage the operational foundation for Brex’s external payment ecosystem. You will define programs, establish SLAs and KPIs, reconcile fees, and improve partner performance. Key Responsibilities:
Define partner-management processes, governance, documentation, and escalation paths

Lead readiness, incidents, corrective actions, and process improvements

Requirements:
Three-plus years in partner, payments, financial, or vendor operations
Experience building operating programs and partner governance structures
Fee, invoice, or financial reconciliation experience
Analytical skills with spreadsheets, data tools, SQL, or similar tools
English fluency and solid stakeholder-management skills
