Madden Tree seeks an experienced manager to support its ten-person team and relieve owner and office administration duties. The work serves residential, utility, and commercial clients through tree removal, pruning, planting, and related services. Knowledge of forestry, arboriculture, equipment, and software is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule personal and crew tasks daily, weekly, and monthly
Manage tree removal and pruning for wide-ranging clients
Coach and train crews in trade practices
Support safety and performance management
Maintain client and public relations

Requirements:
Minimum ten years in forestry or arboriculture
Manager, owner, or crew lead experience
Valid 444a, 444b, or ISA certification
Technical rigging, climbing, pruning, and removal experience
DZ, AZ, or ARZ licence
