Serve Owen Sound customers as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, using banking advice, digital education, and problem resolution skills.
At TD Canada Trust, this trainee role supports Personal & Commercial Banking customers with day-to-day advice and service transactions. You will understand financial needs, guide customers toward appropriate solutions, and support branch operations while building customer confidence in digital banking. The position requires mobility within the Assigned District after training.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers in advice, transactions, and banking problem resolution
Guide customers to appropriate contacts for financial solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Complete business processes and accurate regulatory documentation
Requirements:
High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Robust communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
