Support RBC DX clients as a Bilingual FX Analyst in Toronto, using communication skills to onboard users and grow digital foreign exchange relationships.

Within RBC’s digital division and Commercial FX Sales department, you will provide access to RBC’s proprietary online FX trading platform. You will manage client transitions, train current users, and collaborate with Business and Commercial Account Managers. The work also includes marketing foreign exchange products to RBC Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Own client transitions from introduction through platform onboarding
Promote Internet dealing to maximize productivity
Identify foreign currency hedging opportunities for clients
Maintain pricing guidelines supporting client retention
Manage CRM information and internal relationship coordination

Requirements:
English and French bilingualism required across Canada
Strong communication skills for training and partnerships
Sales focus supporting financial results
Proficient-to-high MS Office skill level
Versatile schedule supporting a 7am-7pm team
