Operate heavy equipment for Ferrovial’s seasonal infrastructure maintenance, supporting snow removal, road care, and secure work practices. This position requires robust hazard awareness.

As a Seasonal Equipment Operator with Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, you will maintain contracted roadways, bridges, tunnels, medians, and related assets. Winter duties include snow and ice removal using snow removal, sanding, and salting equipment. Summer work includes repairing highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, fences, lighting, potholes, striping, reflectors, litter, and debris. The role also supports traffic control, crew transportation, and emergency response rotations.

Key Responsibilities:
Remove snow and ice from roads and bridges

Maintain and repair highway surfaces and roadside assets
Set up and remove traffic control measures
Transport crews and equipment to work sites

Requirements:
Highly developed safety awareness and perceptive ability

Availability for emergency rotations, overtime, evenings, weekends, holidays
