As Lead Power Systems Engineer, you will provide technical ownership across renewable energy and complex power systems work. You will support industrial, utility-scale, renewable, and BESS projects from early studies through commissioning. The role combines project delivery, client engagement, technical reviews, and mentoring engineers in the Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead protection, earthing, lightning, harmonics, planning, and transient studies
Develop system models for industrial, utility-scale, renewable, and BESS projects
Support client discussions, technical reviews, and project negotiations

Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Experience leading power systems studies across relevant projects
Proficiency in PowerFactory, ETAP, and PSCAD/EMTDC
Understanding of protection, control, substations, and distribution systems
Leadership, mentoring, communication, and technical reporting skills
