This hands-on Accountant supports Finance and Accounting across daily activities and month-end close. The position suits professionals with 5+ years of progressive experience, solid reconciliation skills, payroll exposure, and knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank transactions
Support month-end close and post accounting adjustments
Perform bank, credit card, and ledger reconciliations
Prepare statutory filings, schedules,
and audit documentation
Support payroll inputs, reporting, and discrepancy resolution
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
Hands-on ERP or accounting system experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
