Key Responsibilities:
Build daily relationships with shop and yard crews
Deliver orientations for current hires and contractors
Identify hazards through floor oversight and surveillance

Maintain HSE records, documents, supplies, and statistical data
Requirements:
Approachable personality and confident communication style
Zero to two years of HSE experience or training
Current or planned NCSO designation
