You will analyze end-to-end requirements spanning front-end experiences, APIs, integrations, data, mainframe systems, identity, security, and enterprise platforms. The work supports solution design, impact assessment, estimation, and delivery planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead gathering, analysis, and validation of complex end-to-end requirements
Assess dependencies, risks, assumptions, constraints, gaps, and data flows
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements walkthroughs
Support solution design,



estimation, and delivery planning
Maintain requirements continuity through changing initiative priorities

Requirements:
Seven or more years as a Business Systems Analyst
Experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Communities
Business analysis accreditation or equivalent credentials and experience
Scrum delivery experience, including backlog planning and Sprint ceremonies
Reliability Status security clearance required before access to Protected B information
