Deliver exceptional guest service at Canada’s Wonderland through accurate POS transactions, food preparation, and welcoming communication. Versatile shifts include weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

As a Food Service Team Member, you will help guests create lasting memories throughout the park. You will greet visitors, process orders, address questions, and maintain food availability. The position includes handling food according to Ontario Health regulations, supporting table service, and following sanitation and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet every guest with a positive, genuine tone
- Enter orders accurately and complete debit and credit transactions
- Answer guest questions about locations and the park
- Prepare, hold, and serve food according to regulations
- Clean surfaces, equipment, tables, and dining areas

Requirements:

- Be at least 15 years of age
- Bring a guest service-oriented approach
- Communicate effectively with an interest in food
- Be available weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Lift up to 30 pounds when required
