As Maintenance Supervisor, you lead personnel responsible for installing, rebuilding, and maintaining equipment and building assets. You coordinate daily and break-in work with operations. You also provide technical support for capital projects, equipment standardization, and critical equipment start-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze maintenance KPIs to assess operating efficiency
- Identify root causes and opportunities to improve performance
- Plan maintenance schedules with operations
- Support equipment selection, layout, and installation
- Respond to calls and provide on-call maintenance support
Requirements:
- Five-plus years industrial maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience with Millwrights, Electricians, or Power Engineers
- Continuous improvement mindset; Six Sigma or Lean knowledge preferred
- Strategic decision-making affecting safety, uptime, and productivity
- Robust organization and time management across multiple priorities
