Lead perioperative patient services across Belleville and Trenton with clinical leadership, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary team support. Quinte Health offers this multi-site management assignment.
The Patient Services Manager reports to the Program Director for Surgery. Initial accountabilities include Belleville Oncology, Endoscopy, and Medical Day Clinic units, plus Trenton’s Medical Day Clinic. The Manager oversees patient care activities, promotes evidence-based care, and supports staff through skilled standards, development, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interdisciplinary teams delivering quality patient care
Plan and implement programs with internal and external stakeholders
Manage staffing, scheduling, performance issues, and approved budgets
Monitor risks and strengthen secure work environments
Ensure material resources support quality patient care
Requirements:
Current Ontario registration with a recognized health regulatory body
Perioperative clinical experience and required technological skills
Five years of progressive qualified leadership or management
Completed baccalaureate degree; master’s preferred or in progress
CPR certification and oncology experience preferred
