Trillium Community and Retirement Living is seeking a Personal Support Worker for its Long Term Care team. You will understand residents’ experiences, build relationships with residents and families, and support daily health and well-being. The work includes resident care, comfort, and meaningful participation.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming
Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and sensory supports
Administer prescribed medication after required training and supervision
Maintain access to canes, walkers, and call bells




Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support

Requirements:
Completion of an approved Personal Support Worker program
Compassion and dedication to supporting seniors
Proficiency in easy treatment procedures and bedside care
Tact and diplomacy with residents, families, and visitors
Eligibility to work in Canada and Vulnerable Sector Check
