Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual property reporting packages
Analyze portfolio performance, KPIs, and financial variances
Develop cash flow projections and forecasting updates
Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses




Prepare ad hoc analyses for the Controller and CFO

Requirements:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Corporate accounting and financial management experience within real estate
Robust ASPE and real estate accounting knowledge
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
