You will create value through disciplined acquisitions, timely dispositions, and strategic leasing. Key Responsibilities:
Source, underwrite, and execute land investment opportunities
Assess incoming prospects against Broccolini’s investment criteria
Negotiate LOIs and PSAs with Legal and Finance
Manage due diligence with internal and external stakeholders




Build Broccolini’s Ottawa brokerage network and market presence

Requirements:
University degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field
Minimum 10 years’ real estate experience focused on acquisitions or development
Established Ottawa brokerage and investment community network
Robust financial acumen and underwriting experience
English and French communication skills
