As a Help Desk Agent in the Claims Services Branch, you will support Ontario’s health care system behind the scenes. This 12-month temporary assignment is open to all levels of experience and focuses on phone inquiries, claim assistance, and accurate information handling. You will identify solutions, refer complex issues when necessary, and manage several tasks while keeping communications easy to follow.

Key Responsibilities:
Record and respond to medical professionals’ phone inquiries
Guide clients through electronic claim submissions
Investigate complex claims and refer issues when needed




Maintain confidentiality of personal health information

Requirements:
Ability to find information and solve problems
