The LPN assesses patients, plans and provides nursing care, and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team. Practice follows BCCNM standards, organizational policies, and unit-specific protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients and plan individualized nursing care
Implement and provide personal care collaboratively
Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications

Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
Equivalent education, training, and experience may qualify
Current full practicing BCCNM licensure
Current CPR certification
