As Strategy and Foresights Advisor, you will support enterprise-wide and business unit strategies at Servus Credit Union. The work combines competitive intelligence, financial analysis, market research, and strategic communications. Your insights will help leadership address emerging trends, risks, opportunities, and changing conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, refine, and communicate enterprise and business unit strategies
Translate organizational objectives into actionable, measurable plans
Facilitate alignment workshops and governance processes
Apply environmental scanning,



trend analysis, and scenario planning
Synthesize market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
Six to eight years of progressive strategic planning experience
Experience in market research or corporate strategy
Experience in strategic communications or related discipline
Robust analytical skills interpreting complex data
