Victaulic seeks a Fire Protection Sales Representative in Winnipeg to grow engineered solutions across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Thunder Bay through technical sales.

This full time position drives market share by promoting Victaulic’s FireLock portfolio to contractors, engineering firms, and distributors. The representative identifies opportunities early, influences specifications, and supports projects from design through execution. Relationship building, mechanical aptitude, and transparent technical communication are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive fire protection solution sales across the assigned territory
Influence construction, retrofit, and expansion projects
Build relationships with contractors, engineers, owners, and distributors
Deliver presentations, training sessions,



and seminars
Develop territory plans, forecasts, and growth strategies

Requirements:
Two to five years of outside sales experience
Construction, fire protection, or related industry experience
Experience with engineering firms, contractors, and distribution networks
Robust communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel approximately six to seven overnight days monthly

Use technical sales, relationship development, and mechanical knowledge to expand Victaulic fire protection solutions across Western Canada.
